How long will my order take?

If you’ve chosen regular (untracked) mail, here are the typical delivery windows:

  • Within Canada: 1–14 business days
  • To the USA: 5–20 business days
  • International: 10–80 business days

These are estimated timeframes and can vary due to postal delays or customs. If you’d like more reliable transit times, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout.


How are items shipped?

  • Flat items (stickers, single journals, prints, mouse pads) are shipped in rigid or lightly reinforced envelopes to keep shipping affordable.
  • Tracking is not included with flat-item-only orders unless:
    • You add a non-flat item (keychain, grocery bag, sticker book, etc.),
    • You choose tracked shipping at checkout, or
    • Your order includes 2+ journals.

For larger or mixed orders, we use sturdy mailers or boxes with tracking to ensure safe delivery.


What shipping options do you offer?

At checkout, you’ll see the options available for your order:

  • Standard Lettermail (Untracked): Budget-friendly, for stickers and small flat items only.
  • Oversized Lettermail (Untracked): For slightly bulkier flat items.
  • Tracked Shipping (Canada Post): Includes Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority options with tracking.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD ship free with standard service.

Do Letter Mail options include tracking?

No :) Letter Mail and Oversized Letter Mail do not come with tracking. If you’d like to monitor your package or want faster delivery, please select a tracked option at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by country and customs clearance (see estimated timelines above).


What if my package doesn’t arrive?

  • Untracked orders: Because these services don’t include tracking, we can’t guarantee delivery or provide updates once your order has shipped. If it has been 4 weeks and your package still has not arrived, please reach out and we can arrange getting a replacement :)
  • Tracked orders: You’ll receive a tracking number by email. If there’s an issue, we’ll help troubleshoot with the carrier.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We accept returns and exchanges on unused, undamaged items.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
