We can process PNG, PSD, and PDF (flattened text) file types. Find our journal templates here for your reference on size, bleed, and cut outlines.
Please make sure to view this template to ensure your products print right!

Other Customizable Parts (please read print details!)
Page types
All inside pages are printed with monochrome laser. Note that front and back prints may have a slight offset (0.5-1mm), which is visible on free edges.

You can customize how your inside pages look! Change your branding, add images, etc. Please note:
• Pages are only available in monochrome B&W
• If you opt to use your own dot/grid/line template (e.g. using hearts instead of dots for a dot grid), I cannot guarantee they will print the exact same way.
Belly bands
This is the translucent paper wrapping around your journals. Customize it completely!
Notes:
• Belly bands are printed in monochrome (black on translucent white).
• They wrap 3/4 around the journal and are secured with washi tape.
For full customization (color, full wrap), we recommend creating your own belly bands!
If you're making your own belly bands, please leave me a note about using master packaging instead of individual packaging should you prefer to use your own OPP plastic!
Colours
Gobi uses a 4-colour (CMYK) pigment-based ink for rich, archival-quality results. Unlike dye inks, pigment particles sit atop the paper for exceptional durability and fade resistance. These journals can survive being in the sun for a loooong time.
For best results:
- Upload files in CMYK color mode (300dpi or higher).
- Note: Some bright RGB colors (especially electric greens, cyans, and fluorescents) may print slightly muted due to pigment ink’s natural matte finish.
- Note 2: Some blue shades will print slightly cooler, and pastels may print slightly lighter. If the difference is drastic, I'll be sure to reach out!
